I have villa's on Seabrook Island. Seabrook is located just 20 minutes from Charleston, SC. It
is a private Island that offers a true resort experience. 2 and 3 bedroom Ocean area villa's
await your arrival. All are located next to the ocean front pool area and the golf course. The
Island also offers tennis, equestrian center, biking and nature trails.

Harbor Island offers a more relaxed, laid back vacation experience. This Island located about
25 minutes from Beaufort, SC and offers pristine beaches, pools, tennis, volleyball and much
more. Once on Harbor, the amenities are available at no additional charge. Harbor Island is
located adjacent to Hunting State Park and close to Parris Island and Fripp Island.

Rentals are Sat.-Sat in summer season
Nightly rates available in the off season
10.5% tax added for Seabrook Rentals
10% tax added for Harbor Island Rentals
